Edible Oil Menorah
If you know us, you know we love playing around with look-alikes—especially when it comes to Chanukah Food Crafts and this edible oil menorah is no exception! What You’ll Need
-
1 10-inch (26-cm) low round aluminum pan (optional)
-
rice Krispies treats or peanut chews
-
Haribo Happy Cola gummies (We found Haribo to be the best shape for this project)
Kosher note: While many Haribo Happy Cola Gummies are available on Amazon, we did not see any with a hechsher at the time of writing. You can find kosher-certified versions at your local kosher supermarket.
-
3–4 packages Klik balls or chocolate chips
-
orange fruit leather
How to Make the Edible Oil Menorah
-
Fill the pan with Rice Krispies treats or peanut chews, pressing firmly to create an even surface.
If you don’t have a 10-inch pan, form a 10-inch (26-cm) round circle directly on a cookie sheet. -
Cut off a 3-inch (7½-cm) section from the circle and set it aside to use as the base of the menorah.
-
Arrange the Klik balls and cola gummies on the remaining circle to form the shape of a menorah.
-
Cut small flame shapes from the orange fruit leather and place them on top of the gummies.

The creations are perfect!!!!
How do you ‘stick’ the click balls so they don’t fall?
Thank you!
The marshmallow treats are sticky, so they usually hold on their own. If that doesn’t work, you can add a small drop of plain marshmallow fluff to help the balls stick.
we made this tonight for melava malka. was so fun and yummy! and easy 🙂
So happy to hear and be a part of your Chanukah fun!
