Ice Cream + Fruity Pebbles + Marshmallow Treats = The Sweetest Summer Treat!
It doesn’t get sweeter than this! This colorful, kid-approved dessert is perfect for summer and can be made parve or dairy, depending on your choice of ice cream. It’s a hit with the young—and the young at heart!
You’ll Need:

marshmallow treats made with Fruity Pebbles cereal

ice cream (any flavor), slightly softened

springform pan or any baking dish

extra Fruity Pebbles for the topping
Directions:

Line the bottom of your pan (any size or shape works) with parchment paper.

Press the marshmallow treat mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a base. You can make this layer as thick or thin as you like.

Spread the softened ice cream evenly over the marshmallow treat layer.

Freeze until firm.

Before serving, slice and sprinkle with extra Fruity Pebbles for a fun, colorful crunch!
