No-Bake Cookie Cake: The Easiest Cake You’ll Ever Make

Here’s a fun an easy party cake to create for any occasion.

A delicious alternative to traditional cake, The No Bake Cookie Cake will be the hit of your party!

You can customize the cookie cake to match any theme or occasion with different candies, chocolates, chocolate molds and toys.

Get creative: For the flamingos, we cracked off the bottom of a drink stirrer and used the top part.

The best part of this cookie cake is that there is no baking is required. We used large cookies from the bakery.

You will need:

• • large bakery cookies
  • your favorite cream

• • assorted candy, chocolate ,sprinkles

• • freezer Ziploc bag  or pastry bag 

• • pastry bag tip 

• • chocolate molds  (optional)

*For the cream, we added 3-4 Tbsp instant vanilla  pudding to a 16 ounce container of  whipped up topping. You can use any cream that can be piped.

Directions:

1. 1. Fill pastry bag with cream.
   2. Place one cookie on cake plate.
   3. Pipe the entire surface of the cookie.
   4. Gently place the second cookie on top.
   5. Pipe and repeat.
   6. Decorate with your favorite toppings.
