
We love embracing the seasons’ fruits to celebrate Tu B’Shvat, and what better way to do so than by incorporating vibrant, fresh produce into our decor and menu?
One of our favorite seasonal highlights is citrus fruit. With their beautiful, intricate patterns and bright colors, citrus slices add a stunning touch. Decorating a cake with these citrus slices not only enhances its visual appeal but also infuses it with a burst of natural flavor. Join us as we explore creative ways to use seasonal fruits to make your Tu B’Shvat celebration extra special!
You will need:
- 1 round cake (I used a white cake, you can use a citurs flavored cake too)
- cream to cover the cake (I used a lemon cream)
- sliced blood orange, oranges, lemons, limes- for perfectly even slices use a mandolin.
- mint leaves
Directions:
Cover cake with the cream and arrange the fruit slices and mint leaves.
