This bed of roses is no garden variety.
With a few vibrant colors veggies, you can make any quiche into a Shavuos worthy centerpiece!

You will need:
- any vegetable souffle or quiche that gets baked in a pie crust (unbaked)
- purple and orange carrot, peeled
- small size green and yellow zuchinni
- cooking spray
- salt
Directions for the Soufle:
- Using your favorite peeler, peel strips of all the vegetables.
- Roll up all the strips and arrange them over the soufle….
- Spray the veggies with cooking spray and sprinkle a little salt on top.
- Bake according to pie crust package directions.
