This bed of roses is no garden variety.

With a few vibrant colors veggies, you can make any quiche into a Shavuos worthy centerpiece!

You will need:

  • any vegetable souffle or quiche that gets baked in a pie crust (unbaked)
  • purple and orange carrot, peeled
  • small size green and yellow zuchinni
  • cooking spray
  • salt

Directions for the Soufle:

  1. Using your favorite peeler, peel strips of all the vegetables.
  2. Roll up all the strips and arrange them over the soufle….
  3. Spray the veggies with cooking spray and sprinkle a little salt on top.
  4. Bake according to pie crust package directions.
