Wheel of Fortune Dinner

We call this the Wheel of Fortune Dinner because it is a true crowd-pleaser of a dinner—and one that works just as beautifully whether you’re starting with fresh deli, crispy chicken fingers, or pulling together leftovers from the fridge. The magic isn’t in what you use on the board; it’s all in the presentation. When everything is arranged thoughtfully and attractively, suddenly everyone is excited to eat, choose, and build their own perfect sandwich.

We used a Lazy Susan to make it fun and interactive.Â
We have you covered with all types of charcuterie boards from sweet to savory and everything in between.
You will need:
- mini baguettes
- assorted meats, chicken and or deli
- choice of toppings and condiments in small bowls
- Kale or Romaine Hearts
Directions:
- Arrange kale or lettuce around the perimeter of the tray and place baguettes on top.
- Place toppings in bowls and place on the board.
- Arrange meat, chicken, deli around the bowls.
