Flower Napkin Rings

flower napkin rings

As a real flower lover, Shvuos is one of my favorite holidays. Aside from all gorgeous fresh flowers I decorate my table and house with, I always try to add as many flowers as I can to my table decor and menu, in any form and fashion like these FLOWER SEATING CARDS, POPCORN HYDRANGEAS and FLOWER POSTCARDS just to name a few.

In honor of this Shvuos, here is a really cool napkin ring craft that is so simple and easy to create using our FREE PRINTABLE and just a couple of supplies.

Birthday Bonanza

Birthday Bonanza

There are some parties that are prepared out of habit, sometimes even out of duty. Jobs are divvied, menus created, the party comes and the party goes. Then there are the simchahs we create to commemorate a milestone, perhaps the birthday of a family matriarch, who has shaped us in so many ways, from how we’ve raised our children to how we stuff our cabbage and host our guests.

This party is about so much more than about grosgrain versus satin, live music versus stereo, or fleishigs versus milchigs. It’s about the celebration of a mother’s full life, and the attention we pay to planning it is just a representation of that appreciation.

Of all Simchas, a  Bas Mitzvah celebration is the least defined. As a result, each individual family celebrates this milestone in its own unique way. As there is little in the way of protocol, many families tend to follow the example set by their community. Whether that involves a large affair or one that is celebrated by close family ,the sky's the limit to the many ideas that can be adapted for this occasion.

Here is a sampling of ideas for a Bas Mitzvah Party. As I've said in the past, this is not an “all or none” presentation; there’s something here for every taste and budget. Plan ahead and look to make the preparation itself  a fun family project in the days (and weeks) leading up to the party.
